The All Progressives Congress, APC has said that no candidate will be sworn in as the Governor of Bayelsa State tomorrow.
The National Chairman of APC, Adams Oshiomole said this in reaction to the judgement by the Supreme Court which declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Duoye Diri.
Oshiomole claimed that the state has no candidate, legally qualified to be sworn in as the Governor tomorrow. He said Diri can not be sworn in as the Governor, hence, there will be no government in Bayelsa beginning from tomorrow.
The APC had commended the judgement of the Supreme Court which declared Hope Uzodinma as the Governor of Imo state, removing Emeka Ihedioha as the Governor.
But, they are now questioning the judgement of the Supreme Court as the judgement did not work out in their favour.
