
Former Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has donated $20,000 to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in the fight against the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
The Inter Milan player is a native of Ashanti Region where the hospital is situated. The 31-year-old is currently in Italy which is an epicenter but his father presented a cheque to the hospital on his son’s behalf. Asamoah joins his fellow Ghanaian players in the fight against COVID-19.
