Covid-19: Nigeria records 86 new cases, highest within 24 hours

Nigeria has recorded 86 confirmed new cases of Covid-19 which is the highest within 24 hours as reported by Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) while Lagos State has the highest figure of 70 cases.

The 86 new cases recorded on Sunday, brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 627 of Covid-19 as reported by NCDC while Nigeria has 21 deaths, 170 has fully recovered and discharged.

This is the breakdown of cases in State as Lagos State leading with 376 confirmed cases, follow by Federal Capital Territory FCT, Abuja with 88 case, Kano State has 36 cases, Osun with 20 cases, Oyo State has 16 cases, Edo with 15 cases, Ogun State has 12 cases, Kwara State with 9 cases.

Also, Katsina State has 12 cases, Bauchi State with 7 cases, Kaduna State has 6 cases, Akwa Ibom with 9 cases, Delta State has 4 cases, Ekiti State with 3 cases, Ondo State has 3 cases, Enugu State had 2 cases, Rivers State with 2 cases, Niger State has 2 cases, Jigawa State with 2 cases, Benue has 1 case, Anambra State with 1 case, Borno State has 1 case.
