COVID-19: Sanwo-Olu is improving, says Commissioner

The Lagos State Government wished to inform Lagosians and general public that the health condition of the Incident Commander, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is improving from COVID-19 infection.
The Commissioner for health, Prof Akin Abayomi disclosed this on Tuesday, he said all tests conducted on Mr Governor recently indicate no signs of adverse impact of the COVID19 infection.
According to him, “We are indeed optimistic Mr. Governor will soon be free of the virus and fully back on the beat to steer the ship of our dear State. Our thoughts, prayers and well-wishes are with our Governor at this time. We wish him full recovery soonest”, he said.
Prof Abayomi reassured Lagos residents of the Government continued dedication to the fight against COVID-19, while urged Lagosians to remain vigilant and compliant to avoid COVID-19 infection.
