Eshowe Massacre: Police Chief Visits Family, To Investigate Killings

The killing of Eshowe family members of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa has remain a rude shock to many as a family of six was gruesomely killed by yet to be known and identify shooter.

The victims were identified as two elderly couple; Octavia and Christopher Khumalo, 37 years old Mbali Khumalo, 17-year-old Snothile Hlongwane and Thabo Khumalo and Anothando Sgampu. It was a killing of family of six in their home at around 23:00 on Saturday according to police report.
It has also been reported that, there was only one survivor of the attack, and who was a nine-year-old child who narrated that, he hide during the shooting spray by the killer.

The Police Minister, Bheki Cele, has then visited the relatives of the slain family. He condemned the gruesome killing outrightly and promise to begin full investigation on it. With the Police Minister is the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial South Africa Police Service.
