The Federal Government of Nigeria has introduced and signed covid-19 quarantine procedures that must be passed through before travelers can be allowed into the country.

The protocols signed by Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Federation took effect from yesterday, Monday.

Among the list of requirements to be met before one can be allowed to board a flight to Nigeria is a Covid-19 PCR test taken not more than 4 days before the date of boarding as test done days before that time are regarded invalid.

All intending travelers must register via a health portal and must also inform the Port Health officials of any changes in their health.

Also, travelers are required to provide hard and electronic copy of their covid-19 test.
