Nigeria: NAF loses 7 personnel to aircraft crashed in Abuja

The Nigeria Air Force (NAF) has ordered the immediate investigation that led to the death of 7 personnel on board to the Beechcraft KingAir B350i aircraft crashed while returning to the Abuja Airport on Sunday 21st of February, 2021.

The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Vice Marshal, IO Amao who gave the order on Sunday, urged the general public to remain calm and await the outcome of investigation, the CAS, on behalf of all NAF personnel, commiserated with the families of the deceased.

The Director of Public Relation, Air Vice Marshal, Ibikunle Daramola disclosed this on his official social to confirm the unfortunate incident. “A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Beechcraft KingAir B350i aircraft crashed while returning to the Abuja Airport after reporting engine failure enroute Minna”.
