President Uhuru Kenyatta cracks whip in ministries

President Uhuru Kenyatta has cracked whip in the ministries ordering that all the cabinet secretaries, principal secretaries and CASs to be given eleven days compulsory leave amid speculations to reshuffle the entire cabinet.

In the recent past,it had been rumoured that the head of state was set to reshuffle the entire cabinet with reports now suggesting that he could reshuffle the majority of the team if not the whole team. They will proceed on compulsory break starting August 17th2020.The cabinet committees and technical committees will not hold any official engagements unless directed by the president in case of an emergency.

The head of public service Joseph Kinyua however Said the cabinet members will not be exempted from conducting site visits to check progress of the ongoing government projects. The current cabinet has encountered a number of challenges from corruption sagas to impeachment motions.

According to media sources the head of state announced that all the said leaders to go home and wait for a meeting which is scheduled on September 3rd 2020.
