PTAD to resolve technical anomaly in November pension payment

Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has wished to inform its pensioners that there has been a technical anomaly in the payment of November Pension to Civil Service Pensioners.

In a statement released by the Directorate on Tuesday, the system short paid some pensioners while others were overpaid.

PTAD wished to assure all the affected pensioners that they will be paid any shortfall as a result of this glitch immediately, while overpayment will also be recovered in due course.

The Directorate sincerely regret any inconveniences this unfortunate situation has caused to its esteemed pensioners.
