Stop peddling falsehoods on COVID-19 vaccination- Kenyatta to Kenyans

Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta has cautioned the people of Kenya including the media to stop peddling falsehoods on COVID-19 vaccination exercise in the country.

Kenyatta disclosed this at the flagging off of the National Distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine, the Central Vaccine Depot in Kitengela, Kajiado County in Kenya on Thursday.

He said Frontline Health Workers and Service Providers will be the first in line to receive the vaccine, while reiterated Government’s commitment to ensure the success of the vaccination exercise

Kenyatta urged Kenyans to continue observing Covid-19 containment protocols, as 1 million COVID-19 vaccine doses arrived in Kenya on Tuesday 2rd of March, 2021 via the COVAX facility, marking the start of Kenya’s vaccination campaign.
