Tinubu In Dilemma, Loses Out of APC

By Yusuf Akinloye Akintunde

The National leader of the ruling All Progressive Congress, (APC), Asiwaju Bola Hamed Tinubu has been put in a serious political dilemma following the appeals court judgement upholding the suspension of the party national chairman, Com. Adam Oshiomole, who many believed to be the man doing Tinubu’s bid at the national level of the party.

Former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi

It should be noted that, all appointment, decisions and actions credited to Oshiomole before the appeals court judgment from the day of suspension will remain null and void in the face of law. That by implications meaning that, screening/appeal committees set up, appointment and swearing in of the former governor of Oyo State Sen. Abiola Ajimobi and others remain invalid.

If the above then stand as legal interpretation will have it, the Asiwaju Bola Hammed Tinubu has definitely lose out of the political game entirely, as the ‘cabal’ in reality have their way into the center stage of the party politics.

In politics, membership of a party starts from the ward, and once the ward politics is in danger, that makes it look like one has lost the ward membership, then, one has no sense of entitlement in any leadership position of the party.
