UK: Boris Johnson to self-isolate after contact with COVID-19 case

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK), Boris Johnson has been notified to go on self-isolation after close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

The UK Prime Minister disclosed this on his official social platform on Sunday, he said he has no symptoms but following the protocols, while he will be working from home.

According to him, “Today I was notified by NHS Test and Trace that I must self-isolate as I have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

I have no symptoms, but am following the rules and will be working from No10 as I continue to lead the government’s pandemic response”, he said.
