US: Blinken will revitalize American diplomacy, says Harris

The United States Vice President, Kamala Harris has said that the new Secretary of State, Antony Blinken will revitalize American diplomacy, while congratulated him for taking the oath of office as the 71st Secretary of State.
The Vice President who made this known on her official social platform on Thursday, said Secretary Blinken will also advance America’s values in the world, and promote America’s security and prosperity.
According to her, “Congratulations to our new Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. Secretary Blinken will revitalize American diplomacy, advance our values in the world, and promote America’s security and prosperity”, she said.
Anthony Blinken who was honored to take the oath of office on Tuesday, as the 71st Secretary of State, said his career has come full circle, as he started at the State Department in 1993, but fortunate to lead the executive team today.
Blinken, during his speech, promised to implement United States President, Joe Biden’s vision of a foreign policy which promotes America’s security, prosperity, and values, to delivers for the American people.
